Shipping policy
At the moment, renew-finds is only able to ship smaller items. If you're located outside of New York City and wish to purchase a furniture piece, please organize your own logistic company for pickup. ( We are happy to provide referrals for companies our clients has used in the past)
We can ship unframed prints rolled up in a tube within the U.S. To maximize shipping value our clients, we're able to ship up to three prints per tube for a flat rate of $20 within the Continental US.
Delivery is not included in furniture purchases. However, we are able to offer curbside delivery on certain items. Please inquire for a quote and more info.
On items that we are not able to offer delivery, we are happy to help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies which we have worked with in the past. Just to note, these third party companies are not affiliated with renew-finds. Any delivery issues should be brought up with the company directly. Renew-finds shall not be held liability for any damages caused by the third party companies hired by our clients.
